CrowSight, including its name, logo, visual design, UI layouts, overlay designs, color schemes, and all associated branding materials, is the original and exclusive intellectual property of White & Feint. All rights are reserved under applicable copyright law.
The following are strictly prohibited without prior written consent from White & Feint:
- Reproducing, copying, or imitating the design, layout, or visual identity of CrowSight
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the software or any of its components
- Creating derivative works based on CrowSight's design or codebase
- Using CrowSight's branding, name, or logo in any unauthorized context
Violations may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property and copyright law.
02Non-Affiliation
CrowSight is an independent product developed by White & Feint. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way connected to any other Dead by Daylight overlay tool, tracker application, or third-party software currently available on the market.
Any resemblance between CrowSight and other existing tools - in name, design, or functionality - is purely coincidental. CrowSight was designed and built independently from the ground up.
03Dead by Daylight & Behaviour Interactive
CrowSight is an unofficial, community-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Behaviour Interactive Inc. Dead by Daylight and all related trademarks, characters, and assets are the property of Behaviour Interactive Inc.
CrowSight does not modify, inject into, or read the memory of the Dead by Daylight game process. It operates entirely as an external overlay application. Use of CrowSight is at the user's own discretion.
04License Agreement
Purchasing a CrowSight license grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the software. You may not share, resell, or transfer your license key to any third party.
- One license is valid for one CrowSight account
- Attempting to circumvent the license system will result in permanent revocation
- White & Feint reserves the right to revoke licenses obtained through fraudulent means
05Limitation of Liability
CrowSight is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. White & Feint is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of this software. By using CrowSight, you accept full responsibility for any consequences that may arise.
06Trademark Notice
"CrowSight" and the CrowSight logo are unregistered trademarks of White & Feint. All rights in these marks are reserved. You may not use the CrowSight name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any way that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship by White & Feint without explicit written permission.
This includes, but is not limited to, use in domain names, social media handles, application names, stream overlays, or promotional materials.
07Prohibition on Reverse Engineering
You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or structure of CrowSight or any of its components. Any attempt to do so constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate license termination and legal action.
- Extracting, copying, or replicating UI components or overlay layouts is prohibited
- Automated scraping or mirroring of this website's content is prohibited
- Cracking, bypassing, or circumventing the license verification system is prohibited
08DMCA & Copyright Infringement
If you believe that any content associated with CrowSight infringes upon your intellectual property rights, or if you are aware of an unauthorized copy or imitation of CrowSight, please notify us immediately via our Discord server.
White & Feint takes intellectual property violations seriously and will act promptly upon receiving a valid claim. We also reserve the right to report and pursue legal action against any party found reproducing, imitating, or distributing CrowSight's designs or software without authorization.
09Privacy & Data Collection
CrowSight collects minimal personal data necessary for account creation and license management. This includes your email address and license activation status, stored securely via Supabase. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties.
- Account data (email, password hash) is stored securely and encrypted
- License keys are linked to your account for verification purposes only
- No gameplay data, screen content, or personal files are collected by the app
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via Discord
By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of this data in accordance with this policy.
10Changes to This Legal Notice
White & Feint reserves the right to update or modify this legal notice at any time without prior notice. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CrowSight following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11Governing Law
This legal notice and any disputes arising from the use of CrowSight shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the jurisdiction in which White & Feint operates.
